Digital Signatures - Secure Document

Is there a way to make a document secure once the digital signature has been
added to the document. The certificate was assigned from Microsoft
certificate
authority. When the digital signature is added to the document, the fields
cannot
be changed, but any user can click on the digital signature on the toolbar
and remove the signature. How can I secure the document? Thanks for any help
or input.
