Digital Signatures with XML Schema-based form

Folks,

I posted this question last week and recieved no response.

I have a form designed from an XML Schema. When I try to enable disgital
signatures for the form, all options on the Digital Signatures tab of the
Form Options dialog are grayed out.

Any thoughts on what I need to do to make this work?
