Digits in Cells been automatically divided by 100.

Please Help!

For reason unknown, when I enter digital, such as 1, 2, 3
into cell, the cells display with 0.01, 0.02, 0.03.

The Cell will automatically be divided by 100.

I've clicked detect/repair and finished then repairing
task. But, I still get the same result.

Anybody can help me to solve this automatically been
divided by 100 problem.
