Dimension display on some Visio shapes in wrong units of measure

Some Visio shapes (such as a door from Building Plan) display their
real-world dimensions when you select them with the mouse. When I drag a door
to one page, these dimensions appear in feet and inches. When I drag the same
shape to another page in my document, it displays metric (millimetres). I
need metric but I can't find where the setting is to determine which unit is
shown. I have looked in all the shape options and in Page Setup and I can't
understand why the two pages in my document are different. I don't even have
US units installed!

You were on the right track!

- File > Page Setup...
- Page Properties Tab
- Measurement Units drop-down.

You can change the units back to litres or hectares or kg or whatever you
guys use over there. ; )

Thanks for the reply. I had already tried what you suggest and it does not
work unfortunately. I still get feet and inches. The thing that I really
don't understand is that another page in the same document - seemingly with
identical Page Setup settings behaves perfectly, giving millimetres. I am
starting to believe that it might be a bug - if not, it's a pretty damn well
hidden setting!
What I have done is make a new page and copy everything from the "faulty"
page to the new page. It all seems to work there...
