Dimension Lines in Visio 2003 Standard, or only Pro?

Hi
I'd like to know if Dimension Lines are part of the Visio 2003 'Standard' product. I am a long time user of Visio Technical at work, inlcuding ver. 4, 5, and 2000. Now, I'm looking at buying a copy for use at home, but the Professional version is far too expensive for that. I can only find a trial version of the Professional package, so I have no way to determine this for myself, and I have searched the Microsoft web site for detailed product info (for example, what stencils are included in each package), but have only been able to find very vague product descriptions/differences

So, I'd like to know if a key (key to me) feature like dimension lines is in the Standard product. This would be the stencil found as: Anotation -> Dimensioning - Architectura

Lastly, searching this web forum, I found the following thread, titled "Visio 2003 Displays inches in decimal, but I need fractions", in which a user cannot get the dimensions to show in the 1 1/2" display format, but only in 1.5" format. The thread went on to describe someone else's problem, so I don't know if this is true or not. Having the display available as 1 1/2" has been in the product for a long time, and I can't imagine it just going away. Can anyone verify this user's findings?

With Visio 2003, the contents of Visio Technical was added to Visio
Professional. If you do upgrade to Visio 2003 standard, you can retain the
stencils you had in Visio Technical.
