Direct, automatic FTP of custom HTML template?

If it possible to configure Outlook (With or without 3rd
party applications) to automatically FTP custom HTML to a
server either on every data save, via a macro or on a
timer? The custom HTML would need to include information
based on specific terms (i.e. all calendar appointments
where status is "Out of Office").
