Hello,
we are running one Exchange 2000 serve rfor a while and we have some
resource accounts setup and one delegate mailbox.
Outlook is running on the server and the profile for the delegate
account is open and automatically trigers the incoming meeting
requests.
Last week, i opened every resource mailbox with outlook xp (my own
workstation) and take a look into the inbox for cleaning.
For every resource i create one profile.
After that action, meeting requests are forwarded to the delegate
mailbox but they are not processed anymore.
Nothing was changed on the settings.
Questions:
1) Was there a chnge in the client (Ol2000 and above) to support now
direct booking? When i connect to the resource mailbox is it possible,
that some "strange" setting was done to the mailbox?
2) Is direct booking the " new" official way to book resources?
3) Dircet bookin is nice. But i have to give every user
Editor-PErmissions. Every user can open this calendar now and can put
appopintments into the calender. Can i prefent the user from direct
access the calendar?
Thx for every answer.
