Direct Mail Manager

Does anyone know about the Direct Mail Manager that came
bundled with Microsoft office? I am trying to work on a
direct mailing campaign and the version that came with my
software will only generate 1999 forms and prices for
mailing. I have tried to look for an updated download
but haven't found one yet - Am I resigned to purchasing
something in order to have updated forms and pricing?
