Direct Replies to...

Hi,

I have a mailbox at work which i can send and receive mail from. We have
also created a mailbox called "IT Project Office" where a couple of us can
send and receive mails.

When i send mails from IT Project Office i usually go to 'Options' -->
'Direct Replies To' and i add my name as well as 'IT Project Office' in the
'Have replies sent to' box.

How can i automate this feaute? i.e. how can i get outlook to add these two
names in that box when i am sending mail from this account?
