I'm using Outlook Express 6 with Windows ME. Whenever I close Outlook,
disconnect, then reconnect at a later time without rebooting, I cannot
restart Outlook - message says it's already running, but there is no window.
After this if I try to reboot or shutdown the computer I get a message that
this process isn't responding: DirectDBListenWndProc. I've gotten into the
habit of rebooting between internet sessions, even when I normally wouldn't,
but I wonder if this is a virus or bug with a known fix. I'd appreciate any
relevant info, constructive suggestions, sarcastic comments, etc.
