Trying to define a Telephone directory with cost per minute out of a large DB. Looking for an IF formula that looks up the if from a vector, and responds with another vector?

Anybody familiar?

Not a clue! Describe in more detail what the columns look like, where the
data is, what the DB looks like, and what you are expecting for a result. An
example would help a lot.
