I'm trying to merge a list of records in a table (I gave up trying to put
them in a column) and I get a separate page for each record. In WordPerfect
I would correct this by inserting a "page off" command. . .what do I do in
Word?

Create a directory/catalog merge with the fields in a single row table.
Merge to a new document and add any extra information required.
