After I send email, I see a message in the lower right-hand portion of the screen that Entourage is connecting to ldap.four11.com, which is one of the four Directory Services listed in my Entourage account. I see from another question on this forum that ldap.four11.com no longer exists and that I can delete it. The other three Directory Services I have (Bigfoot, Infospace and WhoWhere) all indicate either that the server can't be found or that Entourage can't connect to that service. I am not sure that any of them exist any longer, at least as ldap servers. So my questions are:
1) Should I have at least one working ldap server in my Directory Services, and
2) If so, is there a good one to include?
FWIW, I don't seem to suffer any ill effects if I quit Entourage while it is still attempting to connect to the four11 server.
Thanks for your assistance.
