I need to allow my users to see all files pertaining to a specific client.
I envision a field containing the path to the client's folder and a form
showing all files for said client.

Is it possible to use a windows explorer look/feel pointed to the pathed
location allowing a dbl-click to open file?

Not sure exactly what you're looking for, but you can bring
up a browse type window using one of these routines:
