Uninstall adobe acrobat - or if that is too simplistic, you could run a
macro that will unload the add-in, but that would not prevent the user from
printing to the Acrobat printer driver and achieving much the same thing. I
think we need a bit more information on why you want to do this, but the
bottom line is that you need to setup Windows permissions for what
applications the user has access to.
