Disable ALL notifications

Outlook 2003 SP1, Exchange 2003.

I have unticked the Default Notification in Tools > Options but am
still getting notifications from meetings that I have accepted from
other people. Is there anything I can do to prevent any notification
pop-ups occuring (in the Registry maybe) or do I have to manually
disable the reminder in each meeting that I accept?
