Disable Auto-Create Ink Shapes

Hi there,

I'm just getting going on with Visio (2003) on a new tablet PC and trying to
figure out "Ink". There's an MS help item (see below) that says you can
disable "Auto-Create Ink Shapes" but for the life of me I can't find this.
Can anyone help?

MS Help - "You can adjust the period of time Visio waits before creating a
new shape by changing the Auto-create speed setting on the Options dialog
box from the Tools menu. If you want manual control of creating ink shapes,
you can disable Auto-Create Ink Shapes on the Ink Tool arrow menu."
