Disable AutoText...

When we send proposals to clients, they can still access
our autotext when they recieve the file? Is there any way
to disable it before we send the file? Or is the only way
to turn off the toolbar?

This doesn't make sense since AutoText can't be saved in documents. Does the
document include AutoTextList fields? Even so, I shouldn't think the
AutoText would be accessible without the document template.
