Disable F11 or the Display Database Window all together?

Is there a way to disable F11 or the Display Database Window all together?
I only want that option to be available for the Admin group. I'm running
Access 2000. Thanks.

Uncheck the box under:
Tools | Startup | Allow Access Special Keys

To do that in code, set the "AllowSpecialKeys" property of the database to
False.
