I have a client that runs an application which uses F12 to send completed
cases to a network share. When they have Word 97, 2000 or Outlook 2000 open,
there are times when the F12 key pops up the SaveAs dialog. For example,
when they get an appointment in the calendar come due, then F12 attempts to
save the appointment even when outlook does not have the focus (I think!)
In Word, you can go to TOOLS|Customize and there's a "Keyboard" button to
customize the keyboard shortcuts. In Outlook, it seems that you can only
customize the tool bars.
Does anyone know how to remove the F12 command in outlook?
Thanks
