Disable FAX functionin Outlook 2003?

I keep having a problem apparently associated with WINFAX. I keep
getting error reports which target a file in my TEMP directory with
the extenion ".cvr" which I think is associated with WINFAX. Also
there have been error reports which state that the problem is caused
by WINFAX.

I Never use the FAX function (and am not likely to start) - in
OUTLOOK. Is there a way of disabling it so that I will no longer be
pestered with these errors.

One additonal factor - I use an old telecommunications program which
uses an old version of WINFAX - 9.0. I would like to continue using
the program so getting rid of WINFAX is not a preferable option.

This is a problem caused by third party software, not Outlook. See if
Symantec has any information on it yet.
Are there any fax extensions that WinFax has enabled in Outlook that you can
disable?
