Disable grouping feature when making new folders in Outlook 2003q?

Hi there,

Is there a way to disable the grouping feature when making new e-mail
folders? I know I can manually disable for every existing folders.
However with making new folders, I have to manually ungroup.

I don't like the days and dates grouping feature. I am old
school/fashion so...
