Disable IE features

Is there a way to disable the users IE settings when viewing web pages, I
want to disable changes in the accessibility feature in IE. I'm using
Publisher 2002 and windows xp. When I look at my site with accessibility
features clicked on it distorts the pages.

no. but the absolute positioning of CSS2 and the fixed fonts of CSS are
supposed to be un changable. Looking over the source I did note something
curious though. line height attributes set to 125%. You should not be using
line height imo and a percentage value would give browser control, and the
number is odd 125%? Did you apply Publishers formatting to your paragraphs?
In a web publication you should not. I'd suggest seeing if yoou can undo that
and get rid of the line heights in the page and see if it effects your
situation.
