Disable integration with Project Server

Is there a way to turn off the ability for a user to connect to a
Project Server environment with Project Pro 2003 Enterprise? We want
the ability to control the Project Server Accounts, such as disabling
that option on the menu and have it default to My Computer?

Why in the world would you want to do that, for heaven's sake? Yes, you
could prevent your PM's from being able to log into Project Server, but
doing so will lock them out of accessing Project Server through BOTH
Microsoft Project Professional and PWA. Are you really sure you want to do
this? If you want to know the steps, let us know.
