Disable Lock Form

I have a form created by my boss in the MIS department.
She asked me to open the form in design view. Because she
put a lock on it so that the rest of the firm cannot go
in, the convention Shift+ click does not open the firm.
Are there any other ways to open this locked form in
design mode so that we can make changes?

Find out from the boss how t was secured. The method
determines what you need to do. Open up any Access DB and
click on help and search based on keyword 'secure'
