Disable Macro at open by an external macro

I've been working with a calendar as point of command to
open especific workbooks but I need for the macros to be
disable once I reopen the file, some of them are used to
refresh a querytable on a daily basics, witch could
change my records for the past files,
How can I disable this macros once I close and reopen
this files.

I'll like to thank you in advance for all the help that I
can get in all of my requests.
