disable menu in word-doc loaded in webbrowser control in excel

Hi folks.
I have an excel sheet, with a webbrowser control into which I am navigating
to a word document.
1) i need to get rid of the clutter of the various toolbars
2) i dont want the document to ask to be saved before another one is loaded
