Is there any way to prevent the mouse wheel fromscrolling through the ribbon
tabs? I would like the mouse wheel to scroll the document, regardless of the
cursor's position in the window.
Personally, I scroll my document content *much* more frequently than I need
to change ribbons tabs. However, because my cursor is often around the
ribbon, I end up scrolling the tab bar rather than the document. The problem
is made even more annoying when there are ribbon tabs that require a few
seconds to load (mostly add-ins).
