disable mousewheel for other users

Is there a way which i can disable the mousewheel from scrolling from record
to record permantely? I know about the mousehook.dll and it works for me. But
what if I need to send the database to other users to add data? Is there a
way which I can disable the wheel for good without sending the mousehook.dll
every time and complicate things by directing people to keep the
mousehook.dll with the database? Any help appreciated. Access 2000-2003 only.

I already try this. I want to see if there is another way to disable the
mouse if other users use the database. I dont want to have to give them
directions on how to keep the the disabling work.

All you have to do is make sure they have a copy of the MouseHook.DLL in the
same folder as the db resides in. No other "directions" should be needed. If
it works for you it should work for them.
