Win XP. Outlook 2003

Is it possible to disable Outlook Calendar if I no longer want to use it?
Alternatively, is it possible to delete ALL entries?

You can't disable it but you can delete all the entries in it by using one
of the list views of the calendar like Active Appointments then highlighting
& deleting all the shown items.

Hi Vince
Thanks for the input. You'll have to help me.
How do I get the List View "Active Appointments".

Go to the Calendar folder, View menu > Current View and choose the view you
want.

How do I get the List View "Active Appointments".

Click View>Arrange By>Current View> By Category. Then press Ctrl-A to select
everything in the folder and Delete to delete it.

Hi Brian
Under View>Arrange By, the only option I have is:-
"Show Views in Navigation Pane" (which is checked)
There seem to be no other options showing

Is there a down arrow at the bottom of the menu? If so, click it. You can
also right-click a blank area on the menu bar and check "Advanced". You'll
then have a View drop-down that you can just change to "By Category" (or some
other table view).
