Disable Outlook Integration (temporarilly or perminantly)

We have been using project server for several months. We installed the
outlook add-in so it sync's project tasks with resource calendars. That works
fairly well. Here's our problem - We've had serious issues with project
updates not updating Outlook after it sync's initially. New project tasks
appear in Outlook but ones that are moved or deleted don't appear to change.

This has left our resources and scheduling team in absolute chaos.
Inaccurate scheduling in Outlook is worse than not having the integration at
all. Is there a way I can disable the integration temporarily, or
permanently, until we resolve our issues. Or do I have to uninstall the
add-in off of everyone's pc to have it stop working? I know there's a way to
disable it from the IIS server. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Hi Rob,

to disable the Outlook-Integration simply deny the feature in Project Server
Administraton:

PWA > Administration > Server-Configuration > Features-Table
here disable the feature "Integration with external Timesheed-Applications".

I hope i found the right Words becourse i´m working here with a german
version of Project Server (yes i know - i could set my language in my
browser..).
