disable popup property

I set my form's popup property to Yes, saved the form, and now am unable to
open the form in design view. How can I "turn off" the popup property now
that it's on?

Hold down the shift key as you start your Access application and you
will be able to edit what you have done - unless you've turned off that
facility as well!
