Unfortunately, there's no easy way to disable the Preview Pane. The only
policy you could set that's related to the Preview Pane is the command bar
ID for the "Preview Pane" menu item. Please let me know if you need the ID.
However, this would not prevent the preview pane from showing up if the
preview pane was already enabled for a folder. You can also use the
/nopreview command line switch but you would have to replace the shortcuts
on everyone's desktop to use this switch.
