DISABLE PRINT DATE IN OUTLOOK PAGE FOOTER

How do I turn off printing of the default "Print date" that appears in the
lower left corner of the printed page when printing e-mails. I have certain
items coming throught e-mail that must be printed on company letterhead and
this print date is running into the letterhead print.........
