Disable print setup button

I have fixed formatted reports that I preview with a customized Access 2007
ribbon having the builtin 'PrintDialogAccess' function. The dialog has a
'setup' button that allows setting the margins and columns. Is there a way to
inhibit this button since I do not want the user to change the fixed report
format? The other options like page(s) selection and copies I want to retain.

If the setup button can't be disabled, how can I insert a warning message
before this Dialog shows after clicking it on the ribbon menu?
