Disable prompt for newer version

I created an workbook in 2003 and saved it as Excel 97 - 2003 5.0/95
Workbook. How can I STOP it from prompting me about saving as newer/older
version every time I save the 97 version on another machine?

not sure (as I can't test it at the moment) but the displayalrts=fals
may do it.

Did you have a reason to use that format. Why not just use the Excel
97-2003 format alone.
