Disable "Reject" Task in PWA

Is there a way to disable the reject task functionality in PWA? I didn't
find a specific permission and would like to prohibit users from using this
function.

Oddly enough, there is no way to disable this feature in Project Server.
Therefore, you must make this a training and performance issue with your
team members and project managers. Train your team members NOT to use that
feature to reject a task assignment, and instead, to communicate directly
with their projects manager via a phone call, e-mail message, or personal
visit. Train your project managers not to accept any rejected task. And
then hold everyone accountable for their performance on this issue. Hope
