Disable Replace Tab in dialogbox

I would like to disable the Replace feature(Tab) of the find/replace
dialogbox when called from my search cmd button. Anybody have any ideas or
VBA suggestions?

I gave it a try and works for single forms, but, can't make it work on
subforms. When I try the sourceobject of the subform I get "can't find form"
error, probably because it is currently open. Appreciate any help you might
have. Thanks
