Disable Section from Highlighting and Turning Blue

I have an infopath form that needs to operate like a windows form and allow
the user to tab through text boxes.

Currently, if a user selects white space (i.e. non text box, etc) in a
section, the section highlights, turns blue and what is worse. The mouse
cursor, currently selected text box is no longer selected.

How do I prevent a user from "selecting" an entire section and causing the
blue color form girations.
