Disable Security

I created a database which is secured. All the security works great no
problems with that. My problem is that if I open up any database it asks me
for a password, I notice that if I am on a different workstation I do not get
this. How do I disable this so that I don't get it popping up on evey
database?

Getting prompted for a user name and password is a function of the workgroup
file the session is using. It is NOT controlled by what file you are
opening.

If you make a workgroup file that requires a login your default workgroup
then you are prompted all the time. If you don't want that then change your
default workgroup back to System.mdw and then use a shortcut to specify a
different workgroup file when you need to open your secured file. The
target of the shortcut would be in the format...

"path to MSAccess.exe" /wrkgrp "path to MDW" "Path to MDB"
