Disable "Send All" function

Is is possible to disable the "Send All" and "Send & Receive All" functions? I would prefer to only send emails individually, not perform a wholesale send of everything in my outbox, many of which are not ready to send.

Sure. Go to Schedules on the Tools menu and uncheck the Enabled column for
those two schedules.

Or you can save messages as Drafts until you're ready to send them; then use
Send Now or Send Later for each message when it's ready.

That doesn't completely disable the function - it can still be sent manually if one inadvertently chooses it from the menu. I'd like to have it completely blocked from being selectable (grayed-out). Is that possible?

Seems silly to me, but if that's what you want -- did you try selecting the
schedule and clicking Delete?

As I implied before, I think that Save as draft is designed to do what you
want. Why don't you try that?

Select Work Offline under Entourage in the Menu bar.

That is not possible.

I don't recommend putting messages in the Outbox that are not ready to
be sent. Save them as Drafts instead.

Select Work Offline under Entourage in the Menu bar.

That solves the problem, but at the cost of losing scheduled receive. I
don't know if GPM wants to give that up.
