Disable Shift

Can someone help me on disable shift please on access load to keep people out
of tables etc....

I found some code on disable shift below but I cant get it to work for some
reason....

Does anyone have any code that will do this??

I want the application to not be able to be opened using the shift key to
get to the back end of the db.
