Disable spell checking?

*Some* (but not all) of my forms do not make sense to spell check. Can I
disable spell checking in an individual form? Or on individual fields?

The only spell thing I can see is via Tools | Options... But I assume:
a. that's a global setting, for all forms; and
b. anyhow, that's *my* settings, isn't it, and I want end-users not to spell
check (or at least not see those wavy lines)

Yes, you can disable spell checking on a per field basis. When in design
mode, open the property dialog for a Text Box or Rich Text Box control. On
the Display tab, just uncheck "Enable Spelling Checker". The spell checker
will then be diabled for that control.

All forms that are created based on this form template will have spell
checking disabled. In the case of these form fields it's a global setting
for all users of this form.

Open the properties for the control you want to disable.
Switch to the Display tab and uncheck "Enable Spell Check".

Thanks, Yes, I had just realised this for myself --- sorry!
But you say:
All forms that are created based on this form template will have spell
checking disabled.
I don't follow. We have disabled spelling for individual controls. You
seem to imply we can switch it off for a form as a whole? I don't see that
ability --- just have to do it on every control, one by one? Or am I
misunderstanding?

I'm sorry. I didn't mean to imply that. This is on a per-control basis so
you have to do it on each control.
