How do I prevent Project Managers from syncing actuals they edited in the
Project 2003 client to the protected actuals (and thus changing the actual
work for a project)?
The configuration I'm looking for is one such as that of administrative
projects, where actuals are reset to their old values, when a projectmanager
has edited the actuals and tries to sync them.
We're using managed time periods, locked down defaults, reporting hours of
work done per day or week, resources should report their hours worked every
day, and we're using protected actuals(so project managers cannot push synced
actuals into resource's timesheets when re-publishing a project). Project
managers are not allowed to adjust actuals (in PWA)
