Disable the keyboard

I have a multi user database and need to know if there is a way to disable
the keyboard or at least the esc key when a macro is invoked via the command
button?

Chris - Don't want to push my luck but would you know the code for disabling
the mouse scroll wheel. My VBA help has teft, right and middle buttons but
nothing for the wheel.
