Disable View of Resource Calendar

Hey,

We have a resource booking procedure currently in place, I am looking
at ironing out a few issues we are experiencing. We have 4 meeting
rooms of which we have created active directory users and set them up
as a resource. The requirement is to disable the view of the resources
calendar e.g. file > open > other users folder. but the users still
need to be able to view the calendar via the scheduling tab on a
meeting request and to be able to book the resource. The reason for
this is not all of our users choose to use the scheduling procedure
and tend to just open the resources calendar and enter in a meeting,
which on many occassions has lead to a resource being double booked. I
want to stop this from happening.

Is this possible?

Thankyou in advance

Paul

Set the rights to that mailbox to none and no one can access the calendar.
Or just give one person access to the calendar. Use the Permissions tab on
the mailbox properties tab.
