Disable Welcome Screen

Hello,

I am deploying MS Office 2007 on my Citrix server and I wish to disable the
first-run welcome screen for all my users. I attempted to remote the welcome
screen via the link below, however, I cannot find the option "Disable Opt-in
Wizard".

The only options I see have been disabled:

-Enable Customer Experience Improvement Program
-Automatically receive small updates to improve reliability

How do I disable the welcome screen when the user runs Office 2007 for the
first time?
