disable word option "allow starting in Reading layout" in registry

I hope to write a REG file to disable the following option in word 2003 for a
large quantity of computers:

-- disable "allow starting in Reading Layout"
-- disable "start up task panel"

Under "Options" and the "General" tab
uncheck "allow starting in Reading Layout" checkbox

Is there any way to disable the option besides the above action???
