Disabled Identity

mtrombly

Our office is currently using the trail version of Groove 2007 (no server or
enterprise services). After the weekend, one of our staff returned to the
office and tried to sign on to Groove and received a message that her
identity had been disable. She is now unable to sign-in to Groove and access
her workspace. She had her account uploaded onto several computers and is
unable to access the account from any of them. Any suggestions on what do
to?
