Disabled Items in Access 2007

I've got one of my users who received an error message this morning when
trying to open an mdb file from 2007. The error message was:

The document VersionControl.mdb caused a serious error the last time it was
opened. Would you like to continue opening it?

When I hold down the shift key and click yes, it just locks up Access and I
eventually have to close Access down. If I hit the "Show Help" button on
this page it talks about the file being added to a Disabled Items list and
provides some bogus instructions for how to get it off the list. It says to
click the Office button, then click the Access Options button, then the
Manage menu, (but there is no "Manage menu item in the Access Options
dialog). If I click the Manage menu item after clicking the office button,
it provides options for Compact/Repair, Backup, and Database properties.

I am able to open and run this application from other Office 2007 computers
in my office, so that is not the problem. This appears to be specific to
this one computer, and I cannot get rid of this annoying message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Disregard. I finally found instructions for dealing with this that made
sense at:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HP101407921033.aspx#2

The instructions on the Access dialog box that handles this error mentioned
nothing about selecting "Add-ins" in the Access Options dialog box. But once
you get to that page, there is a "manage" combo box at the bottom of the
page. If you select "Disabled Items" in that combo, then click the "Go..."
button, it opens another dialog that allowed me to enable the disabled
application.
